Can I list my property with Capital Residencies?
Yes, you can. Take a look at the LIST A PROPERTY section on our site and contact us with further details.
Can I book a property online?
Yes, a selection of our homes can be booked online. If the home you would like to book is not available online, send us an enquiry and we will get back to you.
What are your booking terms?
Can I make changes to my bookings?
If you have booked a flexible rate, you can change the date, cancel your booking, change the number of guests and upgrade the home type.
What method can I use to pay?
You can make payment online, by bank transfer or over the phone.
Can I get an invoice?
Your invoice will be attached to your Payment Confirmation email. If you have booked a home directly through our website, you will have received a receipt upon payment.
Do you any of your properties allow smoking?
None of our properties allow smoking inside.
Can I check-in early?
You can request an early check-in. If the room is available, you will be able to enter earlier than 3pm.
Can I request a late check-out?
There is charge for late check out and this will depend on how busy the property is.
Do you charge damage deposits?
Yes, we do charge damage deposits.
Are there additional charges?
Lost keys, additional housekeeping etc will incur charges.

What’s the average room size?
Studio: 250-400 sq ft / One Bedroom: 350-650 sq ft / Large One-Bedroom: 550-650 sq ft / Two Bedroom: 700 sq ft
How do I check-in?
There is a 24-hour reception. As you enter the lobby, its located on the left-hand side, the porters will check you in and provide the keys.
Can I arrive before the 3pm check-in time?
Check in is from 3pm, but if you arrive earlier you can store your luggage with the porters.
Do I book a specific apartment number?
No, you book the room/apartment category i.e. studio. The exact room number is allocated prior to arrival. This is due to in-house guest extensions or maintenance work. All apartments are different in size, layout and style, so all images are a guideline. If you have a preference, we can add a request to your booking.
What floor will I be on?
Pod Rooms and Pod Suites are all located on the lower ground/basement. Studio, One-Bedrooms and Two-Bedrooms are located from the ground floor and up. If you have a preference, we can add the request to your booking.
Is the property secure?
There is CCTV and 24-hour staff on the front desk.
Is there a lift?
Yes, you can access all floors by the lift.
What’s the nearest tube station?
The property is equidistant between Sloane Square and South Kensington tube stations.
What if I have issues during my stay?
The Lettings Office is located in the lobby and they can assist on weekdays from 9am-5pm. If they are not available, you can speak to the porters or call our team.
Is there a car park?
Yes. You can either see the valet on arrival or pre-book on justpark.com. There is a daily charge which is approximately £55.
How far is it from Harrods?
15-minute walk.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
There is a Sainsburys supermarket across the road, as well as a Starbucks and Dry Cleaners.

We can request an early check-in, or you can store your luggage with the porters at Nell Gwynn House, which is a short walk away.
How do I check-in and collect the keys?
24 hours prior to arrival you will receive an email with the ‘Welcome Instructions’. Entrance is via a code on the front door and then a lock box inside which has the apartment keys
Is there a lift?
No, there are only stairs.
What if I have issues during my stay?
You will be provided a contact number on the ‘Welcome Instructions’. The team are located at Nell Gwynn House, in the Lettings Office so you can visit them weekdays 9am-5pm.
